Essay

I am a retired executive chef that misses that life style. I went back to school and now currently work as a counselor that helps those in trouble.I am the proud father of two great sons in their early twenties. I am from the old world meaning that I believe that chivalry is not dead and every beautiful woman should always get a rose. I pride myself as being a funny guy and will usually always have a joke to break the tension of a stressful situation. I firmly believe that you cannot laugh at somebody else if you can't laugh at yourself. If I had to describe myself physically I would have to say that I am about six foot tall and thanks to surgery ten years ago I currently weigh about 170lbs. I am of Irish descent and have been graced with big blue eyes. I am a football fan, but would be able to turn the game off if something more interesting came about. If a genie would grant me three wishes, the first would to be health and happiness. The second would to make sure that my sons have everything that they would need, and the third would be to find somebody that I can make and that will make me happy.
